O Parque Natural da Arrábida situa-se a sul da capital Portuguesa e compreende uma área de cerca de 17 hectares que incluem tanto território terrestre como marinho. A sua extensão é enorme abrangendo uma área significativa do distrito de Setúbal.
A Primavera traz consigo um incrível despertar florífero e temperaturas mais apelativas. A biodiversidade desta zona é extremamente rica, incluindo espécies endémicas e autóctones muito importantes da flora nacional.
Caminhar por esta zona é uma das minhas atividades preferidas, sempre de máquina fotográfica na mão para registar todos os tesouros que vou encontrando e que me deixam extremamente orgulhoso deste Parque Natural. Muitas famílias e géneros botânicos fazem parte desta grande coleção selvagem, com espécies de ciclo de vida perene e anual, incluindo algumas que possuem bolbos ou tubérculos.

The Natural Park of Arrábida is located to the south of the Portuguese capital and comprises an area of about 17 hectares that include both terrestrial and marine territory. Its extension is huge covering a significant area of the Setúbal district.
Spring brings with it an incredible flower awakening and more appealing temperatures. The biodiversity of this area is extremely rich, including endemic and autochthonous species of the national flora.
Walking through this area is one of my favorite activities, always with a camera in hand to record all the treasures that I find and that leave me extremely proud of this Natural Park. Many botanical families and genera are part of this large wild collection, with species of perennial and annual life cycle, including some that have bulbs or tubers.
